TrustFlexo Successfully Delivers Complete 8-Color Flexo & Bag-Making Production Line to Overseas Client in Southeast Asia

In a milestone achievement that underscores its growing international footprint, Zhejiang Trust Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully concluded the shipment, installation, and commissioning of a complete flexographic printing and bag-making production line for a prominent packaging manufacturer based in Southeast Asia. The turnkey project centers around TrustFlexo's flagship TF-FS08-1200 8-color full-servo stack-type flexo press, paired with a fully automatic bag making machine and a supporting ABA three-layer co-extrusion blown film extrusion machine — forming an integrated production ecosystem capable of handling the entire workflow from raw resin input to finished packaging output.

The 8-color stack-type flexo printing machine operates at speeds up to 150 m/min with a maximum web width of 1200 mm, ideally suited for high-volume production of printed packaging films used in food-grade kraft paper bags, fertilizer woven bags, and retail carrier bag manufacturing. During the on-site commissioning phase, TrustFlexo's technical team conducted comprehensive testing including multi-color registration calibration, tension system optimization across the unwind-to-rewind path, and anilox roller matching verification for the client's specific substrate requirements. The accompanying bag making machine was synchronized with the flexo press output to ensure seamless material feeding, with heat-sealing and cold-cutting functions calibrated to meet the client's finished-bag dimensional tolerances of ±1 mm.
