Engineered specifically for high-speed CI flexo press applications requiring exceptional registration accuracy, the new series incorporates state-of-the-art AC servo drive systems across all print stations, enabling precise longitudinal and lateral register correction within ±0.08 mm — a critical capability for multi-color packaging film production on thin substrates such as PE, PP, BOPP, and paper.

At the heart of the Master Series lies TrustFlexo's proprietary tension control architecture, which employs a three-stage closed-loop system comprising unwinding pre-drawing control, in-feed dancing roller feedback, and rewinding torque compensation. This integrated approach ensures consistent web tension stability across the entire flexo printing press line, even during rapid acceleration or deceleration cycles up to 150 m/min. Each print station is equipped with independently adjustable impression roller pressure settings via a touchscreen HMI, allowing operators to fine-tune nip pressure for optimal ink transfer across diverse substrate thicknesses ranging from 25 μm to 120 μm. The anilox roller configuration supports both ceramic laser-engraved and chrome-plated options, with line screen densities from 200 to 800 LPI tailored to specific graphic reproduction requirements.
